Unfortunately returns are not accepted on earrings and face masks.
Return postage must be covered by buyer.
Items must be returned in the original condition. Tags attached, original packaging, unworn, unwashed.
Please keep items clean from animal fur, smoke, and stains.
REFUNDS / FAULTY PRODUCTS
If you would like to process a refund, cancel an order, or report a faulty product, please submit an email through the contact tab or email [email protected] with your name, order number (if applicable), purchase date, and items purchased.
Clear photos are required of the faulty product and fault must be described in detail. Additional photos may be required.
Spooki Studio is not liable for damages caused to items in transport.
